Besides Thing A Week...

...what other podcasts do you listen to?

Here are a few of mine, some of which have featured JoCo's music:
Barenaked Ladies (http://www.bnlblog.com/)
Coverville (http://www.coverville.com/)
Five Hundy By Midnight (http://www.fivehundybymidnight.com/)
Frank Truth (http://franktruth.blogspot.com/)

The Sound Of Young America (http://tsoya.blogspot.com/)

  • I actually don't listen to the Thing A Week Podcast. I just check my RSS because it's much easier to just download the mp3 and know it's there, rather than worrying about whether iTunes has checked recently and titled it properly and not deleted it or marked it as listened to and so on and so forth.

    They Might Be Giants (http://www.tmbg.com/pod.html)
I guess I'm not really big on the whole podcast scene. This is still a pretty good one, I'd recomend it to fans.
  • Barenaked Ladies
    Delta Park Project
    Etown
    Jason Mraz
and way too many Lost podcasts
  • You guys should check out jawbone radio. (http://www.jawboneradio.com). We have a segment now called the "Jonathan Coulton Thing A Week" where we play Jonathan's music and he says a few words about it. :)

Just one more way of getting this music out there.
  • I listen to way too many to put here. Most of them are boring anyway, like NPR, PRI, and PMI. I am pretty lame, I guess...
  • My apologies, Len, for not putting Jawbone Radio on the list I posted earlier. I should tell you that I have been enjoying your show for a few months now, ever since the two of you were on Coverville.
  • Digital Flotsam: http://digitalflotsam.org/
    Escape Pod: http://www.escapepod.org/
Dragon Page Wingin' It and Slice of Sci Fi: http://www.dragonpage.com/
  • Audio: Theynow, the Little Gray Books (since 6/14/05!), Barenaked Ladies, and the TMBG podcasts.

Video: Channel Frederator, JoeCartoon, Knoxcast, Jack Black's Nacho Libre Confessional

I mostly go for the funny, but I'm always open. I've got 60 gigs to fill up here, man.
  • Hey Skullcrusher! Glad you like the show. :) Coverville is one of our favorite podcasts as well.
